Director of Hotel Miramonti in Turin, Varner Ferrato is a hospitality professional with years of experience in hotel management across the Piedmont region. In his work, he combines managerial direction with a passion for the web, social media and technological innovation, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence, the use of digital tools and hotel automation. Thanks to an approach based on creativity and experimentation, he develops targeted strategies to optimize distribution and encourage disintermediation for accommodation facilities. In addition to having overseen the launch of several hotel businesses, he is Co-founder of Mind Lab Hotel, a consulting company in the hospitality sector. A long-standing advocate of continuous professional development, he provides training in social media marketing for Forter Ascom Piemonte and Infor-Elea, and has taught in tourism-related Master’s programs at the University of Pisa and SAA in Turin.
